2-3 lb. chuck roast
1/4 c water
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
Carrots
Onions
Potatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Pierce meat. Mix sauce and water and pour over meat. Cover with plastic wrap and cook 30 minutes per pound on high. Add carrots, onions, potatoes after 1/2 cooking time. Let stand 20-30 minutes before serving.
