3 LBS. RICOTTA CHEESE
1 1/2 - 2 TBSP. VANILLA
8 EGGS
3/4 C. SUGAR

Directions:
MIX BOX OF CAKE MIX ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS ON BOX. PLACE 1/2 OF BATTER IN GREASED 9X13 DEEP PAN.
IN SEPERATE LGE. BOWL, BEAT FILLING INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH; TOP BATTER IN
PAN WITH FILLING BUT DO NOT MIX.
ADD OTHER HALF OF CAKE BATTER ON TOP; DO NOT MIX.
BAKE FOR 1 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES.

AFTER 1 HOUR, YOU CAN SPRINKLE WITH 1/4 C, SUGAR AND 1/4 TSP. CINNAMON AND BAKE ANOTHER 15-30 MINUTES DEPENDING ON CONSISTENCY AND COLOR DESIRED.
