1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c.sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp.soda
1 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon,mixed
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs, 1 at a time. Sift remaining ingredients except sugar and cinnamon mixture together; add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Roll into small balls. Roll ball in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 400 º oven for 8 to 10 mins.DO NOT OVERBAKE.
