1 pkg. moist Lemon Cake Mix,
1 sm pkg. lemon jello,
1 c. hot water,
4 eggs,
3/4 c. vegetable oil,
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract,
juice of 2 lemons (or 5 tbsps. lemon juice from bottle),
1 c. confectioner's sugar

DISREGARD ALL DIRECTIONS FROM CAKE MIX. Dissolve 1 small lemon jello in 1 c. boiling water then set aside to cool. Mix cake mix, jello, eggs, oil and lemon extract. Pour into ungreased 9X13 cake pan and bake at 350º for 40 minutes.

Dissolve the confectioner's sugar into the lemon juice and set aside until the cake is done. As soon as the cake comes out of the oven, jab it all over with a fork then pour the juice mixture onto the cake. Very moist. Needs no frosting.
