5 eggs,
1/3 bottle vanilla (yes, that is what her recipe calls for but I think 3-4 tbsps. will do),
scant 3 c. sugar,
3 cans evaporated milk,
9 tbsp. cocoa mixed with enough hot water to make a thick paste,
milk enough to make 4 qts.

Beat the eggs well. Mix all the other ingredients together and pour into an ice cream freezer. Churn to your hearts content. Enjoy!!!
