"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, boiled, deboned,
Reserve broth.
flour
butter
milk
salt and pepper
chicken broth (optional)

Directions:
Once chicken is deboned, place aside. Mix in bowl flour and water. Just make a good size bowl full. Mixture should be sorta soupy, not dry. You may have to add canned chicken broth to broth from cooking chicken, bring to boil. While broth is boiling, drop teaspoonfuls of dumplings into pan. Dumplings will float when done. Once dumplings are all done, add chicken to pan. Add butter to pan, I would say maybe 1/4 cup and then enough milk to make it a little soupy and creamy.

I know this is a very evasive recipe, however after I got married I called Granny and asked her how to make her famous dumpling... and this almost word for word what she told me...
