2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup canned milk
1/4 cup water
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla

Combine cocoa, sugar and flour. Combine eggs, milk water and vanilla. Mix into dry ingredients. Add melted butter. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour into a prebaked pie crust. Top with Meringue..

Meringue
2 egg whites
2 tbsp sugar
pinch of cream of tartar

Whip until firm peaks form, then cover pie with meringue, being sure to cover the entire surface of the pie. Bake at 370º until meringue is golden brown.
