1 3/4 C. warm water
½ C. oil, 2/3 + C. sugar or 1/4 C. honey
3 T. yeast
Mix and rest 15 minutes.
Add 1 ½ tsp. salt
2 small eggs
5 1/4 C. flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, oil, sugar & yeast. Let rest 15 minutes. Shape immediately into buns or rolls. I cut both ends out of a tuna fish can. Wash well and use to cut hamburger buns. A fun recipe to do with your children and they are fast and good! Let rise about 15 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes about 25 buns.
