Vegetable Salad Recipe

3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cold water
Mix ingredients in sauce pan and boil until sugar dissolves. Cool. (This is your marinate)

16 oz french style green beans
12 oz shoepeg corn
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
17 oz can small english peas
2 oz jar chopped pimento
1 cup chopped green or red pepper

Drain all can ingredients, combine with celery pepper and onions. Pour marinade over all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Stir occassionally.
