1 lb Italian sweet sausage
2 jars of mushroom pieces, drained
1-2 tbsp chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put sausage links in frying pan. All 3/4 inches of water and simmer until water is evaporated. Occasionally turn links so they don't burn but brown in their own juices. When sausage is browned, remove from pan and set aside. In same pan, add garlic to pan drippings and stir.
Add drained mushrooms to garlic and season with salt and pepper. Simmer and stir occasionally for about 10 -15 mins.
Meanwhile, cut links into desired portions, (preferable bite sized). When mushrooms mix is ready, add sausage pieces and mix. Simmer an additional 10-15 mins until all flavors are blended. Great served simmering in a crock pot.
