1 pkg bulk pork sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
10 eggs lightly beaten
3 cups milk
2 tsp dry mustard
2 eggs shredded sharp cheese
6 cups cubed bread
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup green onions, sliced

Preheat oven to 325. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk,mustard and salt. Distribute half the bread evenly in a buttered 9x13x2 baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the cheese,half the sausage and half of the mushrooms, tomatoes and onions. Repeat layers.
Pour egg mixture evenly over casserole.
Bake uncovered for 55-60 mins. or until eggs are set. Tent with foil if top begins to brown too quickly.
