1 qt ziplock freezer bag per person
2 large or extra eggs (no more than 2!)
Salt and Pepper
Whatever you desire in your omelet (american or velveeta cheese works best)

If you add a little butter, melt first

Directions:
Directions:
Put your name on ziplock with permanent marker
Put out a variety of ingredients
Put 2 eggs in ziploc & shake to combine them
Add ingredients to ziplock & shake to mix
Make sure to get air out of bag & seal
Set in pot of boiling water for exactly 13 minutes
6-8 bags will usually fit in large pot
Remove from pot, open & put on a plate

I received this recipe via email. I have not tried it personally, but my coworker did it and said they came out perfectly. Would be lots of fun for a (little or big) kid's sleepover.
