3/4 TSP. SWEET BASIL (DRIED)
1/3 C. RED WINE VINEGAR
8 CLOVES GARLIC
2 TSP. SUGAR
1 TSP. SALT
2 TSP. PEPPER
JUICE OF 2 LEMONS
2 C. OIL

COMBINE EGG YOLK, BASIL, VINEGAR, GARLIC, SALT AND PEPPER IN BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. DRIZZLE IN LEMON JUICE AND OIL. TOSS DRESSING WITH ROMAINE, CHERRY TOMATOES, CROÛTONS AND BROKEN PIECES OF FETA CHEESE.
