1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 12 oz. package of semi-sweet choclate chips, melted
2 tsps. instant coffee powder
1-2 tsps. rum
1/4 c. flour
1 c. coarsley broken walnuts
1 9" deep dish unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In mixer, cream butter with sugar. Beat in
eggs, one by one. Melt chocolate in small pan over very low
heat or by heating briefly in a glass measuring cup in the
microwave. Add the melted chocolate, instant coffe powder, and
rum, mixing briefly. Remove bowl from from the mixer and stir in
the flour and walnuts by hand. The mixture will be fudge-like and
somewhat stiff. Turn into pie shell, top with walnut halves, and
bake for 25 minutes. Cool and then chill in the refrigerator.
