3 pounds shredded cabbage
1 small onion, chopped
1½ cups sugar
1 small green pepper, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon celery seed
2 tablespoons salt
1 cup salad oil
1 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cabbage, onion, and green pepper in a large salad bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, sugar, and celery seed in a sauce pan. Heat and stir, but don’t boil. When cool, pour over other ingredients and mix until cabbage is evenly coated. Will keep in refrigerator for several days.
