1 lb. hamburger
Green onions, chopped
1 T. soy sauce
Accent
1 egg
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
Garlic
1 T. cornstarch
Wonton skins
Oil

Sauce:
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water
2 T. cornstarch
4 T. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, onions, soy sauce, Accent, egg, garlic, water chestnuts together. Place in center of wanton skin. Seal edges diagonally with water mixed with cornstarch, so it forms a triangle. Fold again into a 3D triangle. Cook in hot oil.
Mix sauce ingredients. Cook until thickened. Remove and add the ketchup.
Serve hot, dipped in the sweet and sour sauce.
