1 Pkg. Sausage (I use chicken sausage)
2 Pkgs. Chicken Legs
1 Pkg. Pork Cutlets
1 LB Beef Braciole



For Meatballs:
1 Pkg. Ground Turkey
4 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 Bunch Parsley
6 Leaves Fresh Basil Chopped
1 C Italian Bread crumbs
1 Egg
4 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper



For Sauce:
5 Cloves Minced Garlic
2 28 oz. Cans Crushed Tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
6-7 Leaves Basil Chopped
1 Onion diced
2-3 Sprinkles of Parmesan Cheese

1 LB Favorite Pasta

For Meatballs:
Mix ground meat, parsley, basil, parmesan. cheese, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg together in bowl. Roll into even size balls and fry in skillet until brown on all sides.

Brown the rest of the meat in skillet until no longer pink.

For Sauce:
Cover bottom of large pan with olive oil, garlic, and onion. Heat over medium heat until onions are clear. Add basil, salt, pepper, cheese, and tomatoes. Bring sauce to a boil, add all meats and cover. Let simmer over medium heat for about 3 hours.
