6 large potatoes
10 cloves of garlic
olive oil
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes. Cut into serving size pieces and boil in water for 5 minutes.
Coat a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Add cooked potatoes and garlic cloves to dish.
Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Roast in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes.
