1 lb ground chuck
1 lb bulk sausage (Owens or Jimmy Dean-hot or mild)
1 large head of cabbage, cut in small wedges
1 medium chopped onion
1 C raw rice
1 medium chopped bell pepper
1/4 C chopped green onion tops
1 C water
1 can Rotel tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix together ground chuck and sausage. Add
cabbage, bell pepper , onion, rice, tomatoes, onion tops and
water. Work with your hands in order to mix well. Season well
with salt and pepper. Pack loosely into 8 or 10 cup rice cooker.
Set on "cook" and when the bell rings signifying that it has
finished cooking, allow it to set for 1/2 -1 hour for flavors to blend.

It isn't cabbage rolls, but a close second to us cooks who are limited on time and talent!! Very good and easy....add a green salad and you have a meal.
