2 lbs brussel sprouts, washed and trimmed
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tbsp butter or margerine
1 can of water chestnuts, 6 oz, drained and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer sprouts covered in a small amount of salted water, 8 -10 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients and heat. Serve hot. Serves: 6 Prep: 15-20 min.
