1 stick of butter
1c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1c. mashed banana
1/2c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Butter a 9"x5"x 3" loaf pan.
With an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, beating well.
Sift dry ingredients together and combine with butter mixture. Blend well. Add bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Stir well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-60 minutes, until tester comes out clean.
This is a very moist and delicious banana bread.
