4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" cubes
1 small shallot
2 tsp curry powder
heavy cream
2 Tbs chutney
1/2 cup seedless green grapes halved.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in butter. When you turn the pieces ,
add the chopped shallots and the curry powder. Remove
breasts when done and deglaze the pan with white wine.
Add enough cream to thicken the sauce. Adjust seasoning.

Add grapes, chutney and chicken pieces and cook for 5
minutes.

Serve with white rice cooked in chicken stock with raisins
added.
