1 c frozen non-dairy coffee creamer, thawed
2 c maple syrup
1 lb real milk chocolate, melted for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Cook creamer and syrup in heavy saucepan to 238º on a candy thermometer. Cool slightly on marble slab; work with a spatula until candy holds it's shape. Roll into balls, dip in melted milk chocolate. Yield 40
