1 Tsp of Salt
2 Patties of Vegan Burgers
1 Medium Yam Shredded
1 Shallot, Chopped
1 Parsnip Shredded
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Tbsp of Ginger
Pinch of Asafetida
1 Tsp of Cumin Ground
1/2 Tsp of Black Mustard Seed
1/4 Tsp of Fenugreek
1/4 Tsp of Cinnamon
2 Dried Chilies Crumbled
2 Sprouted Grain Buns
1 Cup of Salad Greens

In a large skillet with oil, heat all spices. When Mustard Seeds Dance add all ingredients but Buns and Greens. Sauté for 20-25 mins. till crispy. Place on the Bun on a Bed of Greens and Bless.©
