3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 cups salad oil
4 eggs
2 cups finely shredded carrots
1 cup crushed pineapple with syrup
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, and salt into large mixing bowl.
Add oil, eggs, carrots, pineapple and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Bake in greased & lightly floured 13 x 9 pan in 350º
oven about 35 min or till done. Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
