3/4 lbs ground chuck
1 1/2 cups Monterey jack cheese
corn torilla chips (broken)
taco sauce (enough to layer all this in a casserole)
1 pkg taco seasoning sauce mix
1 onion
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion in frying pan, stir in taco seasoning sauce mix in casserole dish. Break up corn chips then layer..taco sauce,chips,meat, cheese, taco sauce. Bake 50 mins. at 350.
