2 to 3 lbs velvetta cheese
1 1/2 lbs ground beef(lean)
1 large onion
1 pkg old el paso taco seasoning
1 can ( 10oz) rotel tomatoes (diced)
chili powder (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cheese into cubes, placing in crock pot. Start on low heat. Dice onions and place in skillet with ground beef. Cook and drain beef and onions. Add tomatoes and seasoning mix, mixing thoroughy.(Optionally; lightly sprinkle chili powder over meat mixture). Simmer meat mixture at medium heat for 5 mins. making sure that all of the ingredients are evenly mixed. Place meat mixture in crock pot with cheese and onion on lowest setting.
