Layer 1
2/3 cups dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup margarine

Layer 2
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 (4 1/2 oz) Cool Whip

Layer 3

1 small instant vanilla pudding
1 small chocolate pudding
2 3/4 cups milk

Mix flour, margarine and peanuts with a fork. Pat into 8 x 12 pan. Bake 20 mins. 350º. Cool

Cream peanut butter and cream cheese. Add sugar. Mix well. Fold in cool whip. Spread over 1st layer.

Mix pudidngs and milk together. Spread over layer 2.

Top with cool whip. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top. (optional)
