3 whole chicken breast
1 cup saltine crackers
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 8 oz carton sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cracker crumbs and margarine. Spoon 1/2 of crumbs on bottom of 2 qt dish, cover with chicken peices. Combine sour cream, broth, salt and pepper. Blend well. Pour over chicken and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350º for 25 mins.
