2/3 cup Evaporated Milk, undiluted
2/3 cup Cracker Crumbs
1 ½ lbs. Ground Beef
1 tsp, seasoned salt
For Gravey:
½ cup chopped Onions
1 can sliced Mushrooms
1 can Mushroom
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix
1 C. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together, form into 6 patties. Brown in skillet, drain fat from skillet, add 1 can of sliced mushrooms, and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. To the mushroom mix add a package of onion soup mix and a cup of water, (more water can be added if it seems to thick) cook stirring altogether, until gravy is hot and thick (about 5 minutes.)
