4 c cooked minute rice
1 c halved cherry tomatoes
1 c cut-up asparagus spears (1 in.) cooked and cooled
3/4 c light miracle whip dressing
1 tbsp each grey poupon, dijon mustard, and fresh chopped parsley
grated peel and juice from 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Toss rice with tomatoes and asparagus in large bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients until well blended; add to rice mixture, and toss to coat. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
