1lb of large peeled prawns tails on,1 small onion diced fine,4-6 garlic cloves minced or diced fine,1 tsp of dried tarragon, small amount of olive or grapeseed oil,1 tbsp of butter

Directions:
Directions:
in a non stick frying pan, saute onions and garlic at medium heat,add tarragon, prawns and butter. saute prawns until they are pink, do not over cook them.viola! you have a tasty appy, serve with foccacia bread. or try them with a nice mediterranian salad or with rice.

this is vern and my ultimate favorite, we are spoiled here living on the coast so the prawns are plentiful, the tarragon is a wonderful added flavor!!
