1 pineapple
1 medium cantaloupe
1 medium honeydew melon
1 papaya, pared and sliced
1 mango, pared and sliced
2 kiwifruit, pared and sliced
1 cup green grapes
1 cup strawberries, cut in half
Leaf lettuce

BANANA DRESSING

1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
---Mix all ingredients in blender. Cover; blend 12 to 15 seconds until smooth. Refrigerate 1 hour.

GINGER DRESSING

1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
--- Mix all ingredients. refrigerate 1 hour.

Prepare Banana Dressing and Ginger Dressing. Remove top from pineapple. Cut pineapple lengthwise into fourths; cut peel and "eyes" from pineapple. Remove core. Cut pineapple into 3 x 1-inch pieces. Cut balls from cantaloupe and honeydew. Arrange fruit on lettuce. Serve with dressings.
