16 oz. 2 day old bread
2 c. pineapple juice
1 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 T. vanilla extract
1 c. raisins
2 medium apples (finely chopped)
3 oz. butter/margarine (melted)
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Crumble bread; add juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Stir until the mixture is very soft. Add eggs, margarine, baking powder, raisins, and apples. Hand beat the mixture until very soft. Pour into a greased pan. Bake about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Can be served hot or cold.
