3/4 c. mashed potatoe flakes
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. grated parmesan
1/8 tsp. onion salt
1/3 c. margerine softened
1/4 c. water

2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1/2 c. sliced onion
31/2 oz. chopped pepperoni
2 tbsp. oil
8oz. tomato sauce

1/2 c. mashed potato flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
4oz. shredded mozarella

In medium bowl combine 3/4 c. potato flakes, flour, parmesan, and salt. Cut margarine into potato flake mixture, mix until crumbly. Add water, stir until dough holds together. Press into bottom and up sides of ungreased 9 or 10 inch pie pan. In large skillet, saute' zucchini, onion, and pepperoni until tender (in oil). Stir in tomato sauce, 1/2 c. potato flakes, salt, oregano, and pepper. Spread into crust. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
