12 eggs
12 pieces of bread (cubed and dried)
2 c. cheese
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. While that is browning, mix eggs in mixer until well beated and cube bread. Place bread in a 9x13" pan. When eggs are blended well, mix in milk, salt, dry mustard, and cheese. Drain sausage and sprinkle over bread. Pour egg mixture over bread and sausge. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In morning, heat oven to 350º and bake for 45 minutes.
