2 c. butter
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs slightly beaten
2 tsp. brandy or rum extract
2 c. chopped pecans
7 c. flour (plain)
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, mix in sugars gradually. Stir in eggs, extract and nuts. Combine and mix in dry ingredients. Form into 4 long rolls, 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper. Store in refrigerator for 12 hours. Cut in slices 1/8 inch thick. Bake in a slow oven 325º for 7 minutes. Can be wrapped in foil and frozen.
