Toast, enough to cover the bottom of a 7x11 inch dish
1 pt. hot water
1 T. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sugar OR 3/4 c. Splenda
3/4 c. raisins
1 c. peeled apples (sliced or chopped)
1 qt. milk
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Batter a 7x11 inch pan first. Crumble toast into pan and pour water over them and stir until moistened. Mix eggs, milk, and vanilla together and then add the remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture over the bread crumbs and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for one hour, or until knife in the center comes out clean.
