Box of yellow cake mix
24oz. ricotta cheese
4 eggs
3/4c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Prepare yellow cake mix per directions.
In a separate bowl mix ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs (MUST MIX IN EGGS ONE AT A TIME). Put cake batter in greased 9"X13" pan . Pour cheese mix over cake evenly (do not mix). Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour. Turn off oven and cool slowly in oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Refrigerate.
When cool sprinkle with powered sugar. Cut into 1 1/2" squares.
