3/4 c unseasoned mashed potatoes
4 c shredded coconut
2 to 3 tbsp paraffin
4 c powdered sugar
1 12oz pkg chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Chill overnight. Shape into 1" balls. Melt chocolate chips in saucepan over low heat, stirring often; blend in paraffin. Dip candy balls into chocolate. Place in paper bonbon cups.
