1/2 stick margarine melted in casserole dish
1 can beef consomme
1 can french onion soup
(14.5 oz) drained canned mushrooms or fresh sauteed mushrooms
4 bonless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix in bowl and pour into casserole dish. Top with chicken. Bake 1/2 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered.
