Ingredients:  
1c. sugar
1c. butter
1/4c. cold water
1/2c. walnuts, finely chopped, divided
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter and water in sauce pan.
Heat on high until it turns the color of a paper bag (about 10 minutes), then turn off the heat.
Add 1/4c. walnuts.
Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture onto cookie sheet and spread evenly. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, let melt, and spread evenly.
Sprinkle remaining walnuts evenly on top.
Let cool in fridge for 2 hours.
Break into chunks of desired size.
