1 1/2 c. flour-sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 can (8 oz. pumpkin puree)
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup (6 0z,) semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 400°.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, powder and salt. In a medium bowl beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil until smooth. Make a well/hole in the dry ingredients and add liquid pumpkin mixture. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened. fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups to 2/3 full. Bake for 15-20 min. Check with a clean toothpick. Remove from pan and cool 10 min. on a rack.
