fresh mushrooms, sliced (quantity to your liking)

Melt in a large fry pan:

2 Tbsp. butter
Add 1 ½ -2t. pepper (or less)
2 Tbsp. dry basil
½ tsp. salt
½ - ¾ tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Add 3 chicken breasts, sauté over medium heat 2 ½ minutes per side, leave a little pink. Remove chicken to covered dish to stay warm. Add sliced fresh mushrooms to butter and sauté until cooked. Return chicken to pan and reheat for a minute or two.
