Cake:
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 c. water
¼ c. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
½ c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
1 stick margarine, melted
½ c. cocoa
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together 2 sticks butter or margarine, water and ¼ c. cocoa on stove and remove. In large mixing bowl combine 2 c. flour and 2 c. sugar. Add to hot chocolate mix and beat. Then add eggs, buttermilk, baking soda and vanilla. Mix together. Batter will be thin. Grease and flour cookie sheet with sides and bake at 400º for 20 minutes. While cake is still hot, mix icing ingredients together and spread over hot cake.
