2 6-oz. jars marinated artichokes
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic
4 eggs
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp each pepper, oregano and tabasco sauce
2 T. minced parsley
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese (2 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Discard liquid from 1 jar of artichokes. Use liquid from other jar to saute onion and garlic. Add sliced artichokes and set aside.
In separate bowl beat eggs, add salt, cheese, parsley, bread, etc. Add sauteed mixture. Place all in 9 x 13 glass, greased baking dish. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool and cut. May freeze. Serve in small favor size paper cups.
