2 cups of flour
1 cup water (enough to get batter right)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil (for frying)
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon dehydrated beef bouillon
2 eggs
bunch of shredded veggies (use whatever you want except don't use white onions--too juicy)
Example:1 carrot (shredded), 1 small potato (shredded), ½ zucchini (shredded), 3 green onions (minced--just green part)

Mix everything and adjust water til mix is a just a little thicker than for American pancakes. Fry over pretty hot heat, flip pancakes and serve with soy sauce. For a special treat add kimchi to pancake batter before cooking (kimchi is spicy, pickled Korean cabbage!)
