Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 - 2 bags coleslaw salad mix ( buy bagged salads)
2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
3 - 4 diced green onions
½ c sunflower seeds
½ c toasted slivered almonds
1 - 2 bags Top Ramen, crushed
1 cup red grapes, halved

Dressing:
1 Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
Vinegar (I use red wine vinegar)
Salad oil
½ c sugar
2 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, place coleslaw greens. Then add all the ingredients and stir them all together. Make sure when making the dressing you mix water, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce first, stirring or shaking so sugar disolves. I also add a touch more water and vinegar and a little less oil (it is a personal taste thing), then add oil and shake. Pour over salad and you are ready to go. This can make a little or a lot and the dressing will keep for some time.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a great crunchy salad. The dressing has some bite and people seem to love it. I have had it without the chicken as a side dish. This is a great recipe that feeds a lot of people.
