10 tsp. instant coffee
2 ½ c. sugar
1 qt. water
5 tsp. vanilla
1 bottle vodka (750 ml)

Mix coffee, sugar and water in large pot; let simmer for 1 hour. Add vanilla and vodka. Mix together. Nice gift idea during winter holidays in decorative bottle.
