2 cans seasoned bread crumbs
4 T parsley
2 T garlic powder
4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese

Milk mixture:
6 eggs (beaten)
4 c milk

3 lbs. sirloin tip beef, sliced paper thin

Directions:
Directions:
Dip beef in milk mixture; next, place in breading mixture and cover on both sides. Fry in skillet (in Crisco oil) until brown.
